*Formatting tool bar
The formatting toolbar gives you quick access to the main cell text style settings. The settings you make here are reflected in the cell and in the cell properties.
Note: If you have a cell selected then the changes apply to the cell alone and not to the properties of a named style. To change the settings of a named style deselect the cell and change then.
|1.||Duplicates (i.e. copies the style as a new unnamed style)|
|2.||Removes the style from the cell/frame/table so that the inherited settings are used again.|
|3. Style Name||This indicates the name of the current style.|
|4. Font||The name of the font.|
|5. Font Size||The size of the font in points.|
|6.||Sets the cell contents to bold/italic or underlined.|
|7.||Aligns the cell contents horizontally. Either to the left, centered or to the right.|
